Temos uma vaga para você se tornar IT Assistant (Suporte).

Aqui, seu papel será:

  • Atender os chamados em campo, abertos no Service Now.
  • Executar a baixa de imagem via DP ou Offline para notebooks.
  • Realizar ronda semanal para recolher equipamentos de TI abandonados na área.
  • Apoiar nos broadcasts travados, desatualizados ou sem comunicação.
  • Realizar a ronda nas salas técnicas no início da jornada e durante quedas de energia e paradas programadas.
  • Acompanhar os serviços de monitoramento de rede via Cisco DNA.
  • Instalação e manutenção de Access Points.
  • Suporte em telefonia móvel, Intune e linha corporativa.
  • Passagem de cabos (rack ou mesa).
  • Realizar vistoria Day After (pós-implantação).
  • Acompanhar fornecedores.
  • Reorganização e remanejamento em racks.
  • Instalação e remoção de aparelhos telefônicos (Avaya).
  • Instalação e retirada de switches e equipamentos de videoconferência.
  • Acompanhamento e suporte a eventos de videoconferência.
  • Atendimento a incidentes N1 e acompanhamento de N2 (console).
  • Requisitos Imprescindíveis:

  • Graduação em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software ou áreas relacionadas (iniciando ou em andamento).
  • Conhecimento básico em sistemas operacionais (Windows, Linux, etc.).
  • Habilidades de resolução de problemas.
  • Boas habilidades de comunicação.
     
  • Requisitos Desejáveis:

  • Experiência prévia em suporte técnico (estágios ou empregos anteriores).
  • Conhecimento em redes e segurança da informação.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de monitoramento e gestão de tickets.
  • Certificações relevantes (ITIL, CompTIA, etc.).
