Buscamos Técnico en Soporte Computacional – Región Metropolitana

En Netsus, queremos que te unas a nuestro equipo de Soporte TI para seguir ayudando a nuestros clientes a mantener su operación segura, continua y eficiente.

Con más de 15 años de experiencia en servicios informáticos, nos especializamos en Soporte TI, administración de infraestructura, ciberseguridad, respaldo y recuperación ante desastres, además de proyectos tecnológicos a medida.

Trabajamos con herramientas de última generación y somos partner de marcas líderes como Microsoft, HP, Fortinet, Kaspersky, Sophos, Cisco, entre otros.

Modalidad de trabajo:

Presencial, en oficina o terreno según asignación.

Contamos con todas las medidas de seguridad y protocolos vigentes, exigidas también a nuestros clientes.

Conocimientos técnicos esenciales:

  • Experiencia comprobable en trabajos similares de al menos 5 años.

  • Título de Técnico en Informática, Computación o carrera acorde a lo descrito anteriormente.

  • Experiencia comprobable en instalación, configuración y soporte de sistemas operativos de escritorio y servidores (Windows, macOS, Linux, Windows Server, etc.).

  • Dominio en diagnóstico y resolución de incidencias de red (LAN, WiFi, VPN), incluyendo análisis de conectividad, configuración IP, y resolución de conflictos de red.

  • Capacidad para diagnosticar y corregir fallas de red corporativa, como equipos sin dirección IP, pérdida de conexión o conflictos DHCP.

  • Conocimientos en impresoras en red: instalación, configuración de colas, resolución de problemas de conexión y permisos de impresión.

  • Manejo de herramientas de soporte remoto (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Zoho Assist, Quick Assist, etc.) y criterio para elegir la más adecuada según el entorno o la política de seguridad.

  • Experiencia práctica en Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint): configuración de cuentas, sincronización, permisos y resolución de incidencias de usuario.

  • Conocimientos en Active Directory o Azure AD: creación y administración de usuarios, grupos, políticas y permisos.

  • Capacidad para diagnosticar problemas de correo corporativo, identificando causas locales (cliente de correo, credenciales) o del lado del servidor.

  • Aplicación de buenas prácticas de ciberseguridad en la instalación, configuración y entrega de equipos: actualizaciones, antivirus, políticas de acceso, contraseñas seguras, cifrado y respaldo básico.

  • Si eres extranjero debes tener tus certificados de títulos apostillados, situación migratoria al día, contar con RUT chileno y cuenta bancaria.
