En esta función trandrás que: 

• Proactividad en la resolución de incidentes/problemas, búsqueda de alternativas que permitan la solución de incidentes y tareas que sean asignadas.
• Utilizar los recursos disponibles en forma eficaz para lograr resultados y cumplir los objetivos.
• Satisfacer las necesidades inmediatas del cliente de forma atenta e ingeniosa.
• Tener liderazgo, capacidad de trabajo en equipo, pensamiento analítico
• Tener comunicación clara con el cliente en lo concerniente a las necesidades y expectativas de este, escuchando atentamente y presentando información lógica y objetiva.
• Tener responsabilidad en brindar un excelente servicio y resolver los problemas al cliente de una manera oportuna y profesional.

• Comprender textos largos y exigentes en el idioma inglés, además de reconocer su significado implícito.
• Expresar ideas con fluidez y espontaneidad en idioma inglés.
• Redacción de textos claros, detallados y bien estructurados mostrando uso controlado de estructuras organizativas, conectores y elementos de cohesión en el idioma inglés.

• Coordinador de un equipo de 10 analistas.
• Planificación de Turnos y Recursos.
• Gestión de Incidentes y Problemas.
• Organizar y supervisar sesiones de capacitación regulares para el equipo.
• Monitoreo del Rendimiento y la Satisfacción del Cliente.
• Soporte N0 (Nivel Cero) funcional sobre aplicaciones core de negocio de KERALTY.
• Soporte en N1 (Nivel 1) sobre ofimática, redes, comunicaciones, hardware, software ofimático y soporte a sistema operativo Windows/Mac, así como dispositivos móviles de forma remota a usuarios ubicados en Estados Unidos.

Ideal si cuentas con requisitos: 

  • Técnico o Tecnólogo en Sistemas, Computación, Electrónica, o carreras afines con Nivel de Inglés C1.

  • Experiencia: mínimo 2 años de experiencia en actividades de Coordinador y soporte técnico a servicios TI de mesa de ayuda, soporte de hardware ofimático, redes, sistema operativo Windows/MacOS.

    Conocimiento en sistema operativo IOS y Android, conocimiento en la plataforma G-suite y soporte funcional en aplicaciones, deseable para sector Salud.
  • Horario: 47 horas semanales en mallas de turno rotativas para lograr cobertura 7x24 Calendario Estados Unidos.

    Modalidad: Presencial
