Objetivo del cargo

El Supervisor de Servicio al Cliente lidera un equipo enfocado en la excelencia del servicio mediante el procesamiento eficiente y efectivo de pedidos de clientes, asegurando la correcta facturación y entrega de productos.

También es responsable de coordinar servicio al cliente internos y externos, demostrando iniciativa, pasión por la excelencia y los valores fundamentales de Alcon.

Funciones principales

  • Monitorear el cumplimiento de procedimientos relacionados con el área, tiempos establecidos (SOPs).

  • Facturar cuentas claves de ambas franquicias de la compañía.

  • Gestión y supervisión de proceso de devoluciones.

  • Control de demos y muestras médicas: validación de solicitudes, aprobación interna, seguimiento de entregas y documentación.

  • Validación y confirmación de precios a clientes y fuerza de ventas, asegurando que estén actualizados en sistemas.

  • Seguimiento de pedidos y entregas: trabajar de la mano con W/D.

  • Atención a todos los representantes comerciales de ambas franquicias.

  • Gestión del equipo de atención al cliente: Supervisar, motivar y capacitar al personal, asignar tareas y turnos.

  • Resolución de problemas y escalamiento: coordinar con otras áreas para resolver incidencias.

  • Seguimiento de indicadores clave (KPIs): analizar métricas.

  • Recomendar mejoras de procesos y apoyar a la organización mediante la participación en proyectos.
