con Experiencia en E-commerce

Misión del Rol

Garantizar la excelencia operacional y técnica del eCommerce de nuestras franquicias, proporcionando soporte especializado y desarrollando mejoras continuas en nuestra plataforma Shopify personalizada.

Buscamos un profesional con sólida base en soporte técnico y una reciente transición exitosa hacia la ingeniería de software, capaz de combinar su expertise en eCommerce con habilidades técnicas avanzadas.

¿Qué harás en este rol?

Brindar soporte técnico nivel 1 y 2 para nuestra plataforma Shopify personalizada

Desarrollar y mantener funcionalidades utilizando
PHP con Symfony

Implementar y analizar métricas de
monitoreo con Datadog
para garantizar la estabilidad de la plataforma

Gestionar despliegues y configuraciones en entornos Kubernetes

Colaborar mediante GitHub en un entorno de desarrollo ágil

Realizar análisis root cause de incidencias y generar reporting detallado

Comunicarte directamente con clientes para resolver problemas complejos

Asegurar la calidad del servicio mediante la aplicación de mejores prácticas ITIL

El Perfil que Buscamos

Experiencia clave: 3-5 años en Soporte Ecommerce con Shopify

Transición profesional: Cambio hacia Software Engineering en los últimos 2 años

Experiencia técnica:
1.5-2 años con PHP + Symfony
(ORM Doctrine, inyección de dependencia con archivos YAML)

Nivel avanzado en herramientas de Monitoring (Datadog imprescindible) Conocimiento intermedio en Kubernetes

Manejo fluido de GitHub

Inglés avanzado (EXCLUYENTE)

Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente y comunicación

Competencias Clave

Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas complejos
