Job description

Se busca un/a profesional con experiencia en la gestión de servicios y la relación con clientes, capaz de asegurar la calidad de la entrega, fomentar relaciones colaborativas y detectar oportunidades de mejora y crecimiento.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Generar instancias uno a uno con miembros del equipo para recoger feedback y estatus.

  • Actuar como intermediario entre el equipo interno y las contrapartes del cliente, promoviendo relaciones armónicas y efectivas.

  • Colaborar en la mejora continua de las condiciones de servicio, implementando medidas que eleven la calidad de la entrega.

  • Mantener cercanía con el cliente y el equipo, identificando mejoras, nuevas oportunidades y desarrollando acciones para concretarlas.

  • Desarrollar y presentar métricas e indicadores de seguimiento tanto a nivel interno como hacia el cliente.

  • Gestionar solicitudes administrativas del equipo, canalizándolas hacia las áreas de soporte correspondientes y realizando su seguimiento.

  • Monitorear la rentabilidad de los servicios y reportar incidentes financieros de manera oportuna.

  • Coordinarse con otros Service Managers para alinear prácticas y procesos.

Conocimientos y experiencia requerida:

  • Orientación a las personas y experiencia previa en roles de gestión de servicios o proyectos.

  • Conocimientos en metodologías ágiles y gestión de proyectos.

  • Manejo de SLA y expectativas del cliente.

  • Familiaridad con métricas de percepción (NPS, CSAT) e indicadores clave de servicio (satisfacción, cumplimiento, continuidad).

  • Experiencia en acuerdos de servicios y presentación ante clientes.

  • Comprensión de presupuestos y cálculo de rentabilidad.

  • Habilidades comerciales para la detección y seguimiento de oportunidades dentro de clientes actuales.

  • Manejo de herramientas de análisis y gestión (Looker, Office/Google Sheets).
