Sales Account Manager / Gerente Comercial de Cuentas

Estamos buscando un Gerente Comercial de Cuentas con experiencia en soluciones tecnológicas para la minería, para unirse a nuestro equipo de Desarrollo Comercial en Santiago, Chile.

El candidato/a desarrollara e implementar estrategias de ventas para expandir el negocio, cumplir o superar los objetivos de ingresos, aumentar la cuota de mercado y maximizar las soluciones y servicios comerciales en Chile.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gestionar la cuenta, incluyendo el plan estratégico de la cuenta, la planificación de proyectos, la gestión de oportunidades, el desarrollo de la cartera dentro de la herramienta CRM.

  • Desarrollar relaciones de confianza con los tomadores de decisiones e influenciadores clave en todos los niveles de cada organización.

  • Comprender los principales impulsores comerciales, prioridades e iniciativas del negocio y el entorno empresarial del cliente relevante.

  • Impulsar el valor de las soluciones de MineSense para los clientes a través de soluciones comerciales y técnicas personalizadas.

  • Liderar los esfuerzos de desarrollo de soluciones que mejor aborden las necesidades del cliente.

  • Implementar el plan de marketing definido, alineando y ejecutando diversas iniciativas.

  • Calificar oportunidades del cliente, involucrar los recursos apropiados y coordinar el diseño de soluciones.

  • Discutir tendencias y prioridades relevantes integrando conocimientos de la industria y de soluciones, con clientes, partes interesadas comerciales, contactos de la industria y socios comerciales.

  • Representar a la empresa en congresos, ferias, reuniones, cenas y actividades con clientes.

  • Mantener relaciones sólidas con los socios en Desarrollo Comercial, Gestión de Proyectos, Servicios de Campo, Operaciones, Consultores, etc.

  • Proporcionar una experiencia de servicio al cliente consistente, actuando como el contacto principal para la resolución de problemas del cliente dentro de las cuentas.

  • Garantizar el constante intercambio de conocimientos y experiencias con todo el equipo de MineSense.

Requisitos:

  • Título Universitario en carreras relacionadas a la Ingeniería o similar.

  • Estudios relacionados a negocios o ventas.

  • Sólido entendimiento de la minería o procesamiento de minerales, de principio a fin.

  • Conocimiento sobre innovación y la industria 4.0.
  • Fuerte habilidad para construir relaciones y negociar, con la capacidad de navegar ventas complejas hacia resultados positivos.

  • Experiencia en el mercado de minería y procesamiento de minerales.

  • Ventas basadas en soluciones tecnológicas e innovación y ventas basadas en el valor.

  • Prospectar nuevas relaciones comerciales dentro de cuentas existentes.

  • Establecer y cultivar relaciones consultivas a nivel C (alto nivel ejecutivo).

  • Manejo de idioma inglés nivel B1-B2.
