¿Tienes la agilidad para adaptarte a entornos dinámicos y establecer conexiones a todos los niveles mientras lideras la implementación de cambios en los procesos de la compañía?




¿Cuál será tu principal desafío?


Apoyar en el levantamiento y análisis de datos cualitativos y cuantitativos de experiencia clientes para las diferentes unidades de negocio.
Participar en el diseño de iniciativas de mejora continua enfocadas en Customer Experience.


Apoyar la documentación de procesos, flujos y protocolos relacionados a la atención de Experiencia de Cliente.
Apoyar en la gestión de programas de VOC, categorizando hallazgos y levantando insights
Monitorear buenas prácticas y tendencias del mercado.


Requisitos de Postulación  
Estudiante de Ingeniería civil industrial, Ingeniería comercial, carreras afines.
Disponibilidad por 4 meses, ideal jornada completa (no excluyente)
Buen manejo del Inglés.

(C2 deseable)
Manejo avanzado de Excel (tablas dinámicas, macros, fórmulas, cruces de datos).
Deseable manejo básico de Power BI o herramientas de visualización.
Conocimiento general de metodologías de mejora continua o experiencia cliente.


Conocimientos básicos de estadística descriptiva y análisis de datos orientados a indicadores de experiencia cliente (CSAT, NPS, CES).
