Es fundamental que cuente con experiencia en
estrategias omnicanal
, integrando canales físicos y digitales para maximizar la experiencia del cliente y los resultados comerciales.

Deberá liderar iniciativas que conecten eficientemente los distintos puntos de contacto, asegurando una propuesta de valor coherente y competitiva.

Responsabilidades clave

Gestión Comercial

  • Desarrollar relaciones con clientes clave: constructoras, ferreterías, retail y distribuidores.

  • Visitar, gestionar y dar seguimiento a clientes potenciales y actuales.

  • Promover y asesorar sobre los productos de la empresa.

  • Coordinar reuniones comerciales (presenciales y virtuales).

  • Identificar oportunidades comerciales y aumentar la cobertura del mercado.

  • Registrar y mantener actualizada la información de clientes.

  • Reportar periódicamente las gestiones y resultados.

  • Apoyar en estrategias de fidelización y ventas.

  • Cumplir con metas mensuales de ventas y reportar avances comerciales.

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las metas mínimas de ventas establecidas.

  • Desarrollar planes y pautas de trabajo para optimizar los resultados comerciales.

  • Promover y vender con exclusividad los productos de la empresa en el territorio asignado.

  • Gestionar procesos de sell-in y sell-out
    , asegurando una correcta planificación y ejecución comercial.

  • Liderar campañas omnicanal
    , coordinando acciones entre ecommerce, tiendas físicas y canales alternativos.

  • Realizar forecast colaborativo con clientes
    , alineando proyecciones de demanda y disponibilidad de productos.

Supervisión de Equipos

  • Coordinar y supervisar a los supervisores y promotores de retail.

  • Evaluar desempeño, dar retroalimentación y velar por la disciplina laboral.

  • Confirmar en terreno la presentación del personal, stock, precios, limpieza y exhibiciones en tiendas.

Relación con Clientes y Tiendas

  • Mantener relaciones armónicas con clientes y encargados de tienda.

  • Gestionar pedidos y quiebres de stock antes de que ocurran.

  • Conseguir espacios adicionales de exhibición (cabeceras, patas, lineales, centros de proyecto).

Administración y Control

  • Mantener registro actualizado de contactos clave en cada tienda (jefes de departamento, compradores, encargados de pasillo, etc.).

  • Elaborar reportes periódicos de gestión comercial para el Gerente Comercial.

  • Implementar medidas administrativas y técnicas que favorezcan el desarrollo de ventas.

Requisitos

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia como KAM en grandes cuentas.

  • Experiencia demostrable en entornos omnicanal.

  • Conocimiento y manejo de procesos de sell-in y sell-out.

  • Experiencia liderando campañas omnicanal y forecast colaborativo.

  • Office Avanzado
