Job description

Serás responsable de la administración, soporte y capacitación en la plataforma Office 365 para clientes.

Este rol requiere interés en aprender sobre la gestión de buzones, flujo de correo, administración de roles y usuarios, así como la capacidad de liderar sesiones de capacitación tanto prácticas como teóricas sobre el uso y la administración de Exchange Online.

Toda la capacitación técnica será brindada internamente.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Brindar soporte postventa y asistencia técnica a los clientes en la administración de Exchange Online.

  • Conducir sesiones de capacitación (presenciales y remotas) sobre la administración de Office 365, adaptando el contenido a distintos niveles de usuarios.

  • Documentar y actualizar guías y materiales de capacitación relacionados con las funcionalidades de los productos de Office 365.

  • Gestionar y resolver tickets relacionados con la administración de buzones, cuotas, flujo de correo y roles de usuario.

  • Colaborar con equipos internos para mejorar continuamente los procesos y actualizar las mejores prácticas.

Requisitos clave:

Deberás contar con 1 a 3 años de experiencia en:

  • Acceso y revisión del
    Exchange Administration Center (EAC)
    .

  • Gestión de buzones (creación, modificación, eliminación y monitoreo).

  • Administración de cuotas de usuario y políticas de almacenamiento.

  • Revisión y gestión de flujos de correo (reglas, conectores, configuraciones antispam).

  • Administración de roles y usuarios, incluyendo la asignación y modificación de permisos.

  • Gestión de grupos de usuarios y listas de distribución.

  • Uso de
    PowerShell
    para la administración avanzada de Exchange Online (automatización de tareas, reportes, configuraciones masivas).

  • Configuración y soporte de
    Exchange ActiveSync
    en Exchange Online para dispositivos móviles.

  • Provisión de recomendaciones de licenciamiento basadas en reportes de uso y
    Secure Score
    .

  • Interés en aprender la administración y soporte de productos Microsoft.

  • Disposición para participar activamente en procesos de capacitación teóricos y prácticos.
