Proposito Estratégico

El KAM tiene la misión de identificar, desarrollar y consolidar relaciones comerciales con cuentas medianas y grandes, representando a ITD Telecom como la cara visible de la marca ante clientes estratégicos.

Su rol impacta directamente en el crecimiento sostenido del negocio, el posicionamiento de la empresa en la industria y la apertura de oportunidades de largo plazo.

Objetivo del Rol

Prospectar, negociar, cerrar y fidelizar cuentas medianas y grandes con potencial estratégico, asegurando que las soluciones multicanal de ITD (SMS, WhatsApp Business API, Email, IFM/RPA, VMS, etc.)
se traduzcan en resultados de negocio y en una relación de largo plazo con el cliente

Resposabilidades Clave

Prospección de Clientes

  • Generar y ejecutar mecanismos de prospección (LinkedIn, networking, cartera propia, referidos, ferias y congresos) que permita contactar a empresas medianas y grandes con potenciales.

  • Identificar oportunidades en segmentos clave: banca, seguros, retail, utilities, salud, gobierno, minería/ energía, etc.

Gestión Comercial

  • Diseñar propuestas y presentaciones ajustadas a las necesidades de cada cliente.

  • Explicar y demostrar el valor de las soluciones ITD (SMS, WhatsApp Business API, Email, IFM/RPA, VMS, etc.).

  • Negociar contratos con clientes medianos y grandes, siempre alineado con las políticas de ITD.

Relación con Clientes

  • Ser la cara visible de ITD frente a los clientes, asegurando relaciones de confianza y largo plazo.

  • Coordinar actividades de fidelización (ej.

    reuniones ejecutivas, asesorías comerciales).

Gestión de Cartera y Retención

  • Administrar la cartera de clientes asignados, fomentando el crecimiento con estrategias de cross-selling y up-selling.

  • Detectar señales de riesgo de fuga y activar a las áreas internas correspondientes para mitigarlas.

  • Mantener visibilidad sobre la satisfacción de los clientes y canalizar feedback hacía soporte, operaciones y dirección comercial.

Gestión Administrativa y Coordinación Interna

  • Asegurar una transición fluida hacia los equipos de onboarding y soporte tras el cierre comercial.

  • Coordinar con áreas internas (soporte, compliance y finanzas) para garantizar el cumplimiento de compromisos comerciales y contractuales.

  • Supervisar la correcta facturación de los contratos de su cartera y dar visibilidad a finanzas sobre posibles ajustes o renegociaciones.

Perfil Ideal

  • Experiencia:
    mínimo 3 años en ventas B2B consultivas; con foco en la gestión de cuentas medianas y grandes.

    Idealmente en industria tecnológica.

  • Formación:
    profesional en Ingeniería Comercial, Administración, Marketing o carreras afines.

  • Idiomas:
    Español nativo; inglés intermedio (para negociación internacional).

  • Background valioso:
    historial comprobable de
    resultados en ventas
    , cumplimiento y/o superación de metas comerciales, junto con habilidades destacadas en prospección, negociación y cierre de negocios.

    Conocimiento en industria Telco, SaaS, CRM, regulación SUBTEL y normativas de mensajería (SMS A2P, WhatsApp Business API, etc.).

  • Perfil actitudinal
    : Autonomía, empatía, social skill alta, proactividad, enfoque en ejecución y mejora continua.
