En este rol, tendrás la oportunidad de:

Gestionar de manera integral la cartera de clientes Breadth asignada, brindando atención ágil, personalizada y efectiva en todos los canales de contacto.

El rol está orientado a incrementar la dispersión, asegurar la satisfacción y fidelización de clientes, e impulsar el crecimiento sostenido de las ventas mediante la venta cruzada de productos de mayor margen (consumo, accesorios, marcas exclusivas), la introducción de nuevas líneas de negocio y la oferta de productos alternativos en ausencia de disponibilidad.


El Inside Sales trabaja de forma coordinada con las áreas de producto, logística, finanzas, marketing y operaciones, facilitando retroalimentación sobre inventario, precios y tendencias del mercado, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los MCI locales y a los objetivos regionales definidos.

Principales responsabilidades funcionales / comerciales:

  • Atender consultas directas de clientes (estatus de entrega, facturas, condiciones comerciales, etc.) asegurando eficiencia en el proceso de ventas y satisfacción de clientes.
  • Guiar a los clientes en la selección de productos y campañas, orientando hacia el portafolio estratégico y fomentando la venta cruzada y upselling.
  • Gestionar pedidos regulares y especiales, asegurando cumplimiento de plazos de entrega y solución de incidencias.
  • Impulsar ventas de productos de mayor margen (consumo, accesorios, marcas exclusivas) y nuevas líneas de negocio.
  • Brindar retroalimentación continua al área de producto sobre rotación de inventario, precios, campañas y oportunidades.
  • Apoyar la ejecución de campañas y promociones regionales y locales, alineadas a los objetivos comerciales.
  • Dar seguimiento a indicadores clave (ventas, margen, inventario, dispersión, cross selling, upselling, recurrencia, activación de clientes) para cumplir metas.
  • Presentar avances e indicadores en reuniones de equipo o con áreas de soporte, cuando aplique.
  • Principales responsabilidades administrativas / operativas:

  • Validar disponibilidad de productos y gestionar órdenes de venta en sistema.
  • Dar seguimiento a tiempos de entrega y al transporte de mercancía desde almacén hasta destino final, asegurando cumplimiento de plazos.
  • Apoyar la gestión de cobranzas y validar pagos digitales de clientes.
  • Revisar y dar seguimiento periódico a Back Orders pendientes de facturación.
  • Canalizar solicitudes de garantías y coordinar con RMA para su resolución.
  • Generar reportes periódicos de métricas y KPIs para seguimiento de la gestión.
  • Validar documentación de registro de clientes en CRM y Webstore según prácticas locales.
  • Conocimientos y experiencia

  • Escolaridad: Carrera técnica o universitaria en administración, ingeniería, marketing o afines.
  • Experiencia mínima: Deseable 1–2 años en ventas internas B2B o atención al cliente en tecnología.
  • Conocimientos técnicos: Productos de tecnología, procesos de venta B2B, gestión de cartera, manejo de órdenes de compra y procesos logísticos.
