Importante Empresa de Servicios Integrales, ubicada en Santiago Centro, requiere Ingeniero Informático o equivalente con experiencia en Call Center, para trabajar en modalidad presencial, en oficina.
¿Qué buscamos?
Buscamos personas con experiencia, con ganas de trabajar, que busquen proyección laboral y altamente enfocadas al cumplimiento de metas.
Se considerará que sean personas proactivas, respetuosas, responsables, ordenadas, empáticas, con capacidad de trabajar en equipo.
Su principal función será ejecutar y monitorear los procesos operativos asociados a la cobranza, velando por su correcta ejecución de acuerdo a los estándares y plazos establecidos, asegurando con ello la aplicación de reglas de negocio definidas, con la finalidad de que la plataforma esté en óptimas condiciones para gestión de campañas, reportes, etc.
Requisitos:
- Ganas y disponibilidad para trabajar.
- Ser Puntuales.
- Titulado de Ingeniería en Informática o equivalente.
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en Call Center de cobranzas.
- Manejo de Vicidial y algún CRM asociado a la gestión de cobranzas.
Se valorara conocimiento y capacitación o especialización, en algunos de estos temas:
- Gestión de Procesos
- Gestión de Riesgos
- Funcionamiento e indicadores de Plataformas de Call Center (Excluyente)
- Software de manejo de Bases de datos Relacionales (Excluyente)
- Modelamiento de datos
- Inteligencia de negocios
- Inteligencia de Campañas
- Manejo de herramientas de Informes para la Gerencia
- Deben enviar su currículum vitae actualizado, con fotocopia de su cédula de identidad.
- Extranjera/os pueden postular siempre y cuando cuenten con Visa de Trabajo y RUT Vigente.
- Contar con disponibilidad para trabajar en el siguiente Horario:
- Lunes a Viernes de 09:00 a 19:00 horas (con una hora de colación).
- Sábados en Horario de 09:00 a 14:00 horas.
