Tus principales tareas y responsabilidades:

  • Responsable de realizar presentaciones a los clientes con el fin de asesorar, formar y promocionar nuestros productos y servicios, relacionados con los procesos de tratamiento de aguas residuales urbanas e industriales (trituradoras, tamices, decantadores, filtros).

  • Trabajar de manera multidisciplinaria con los otros departamentos para preparar planes de ventas y ofertas, garantizando la precisión técnica y financiera.

  • Establecer y mantener relaciones efectivas con los clientes, comprender sus necesidades y promover la comprensión por parte del cliente de nuestra oferta de productos, sistemas y/o servicios.

  • Preparar planes de ventas y realizar revisiones periódicas de la situación para mantener los volúmenes de pedidos, y gestionar los procesos administrativos de ventas.

  • Alcanzar o superar los objetivos de venta acordados para el segmento o región.

  • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias comerciales consistentes con los objetivos de Sulzer.

  • Responsable por la proyección precisa de ventas para tu región y cuentas relacionadas.

  • Visitas constantes a los clientes para desarrollo de nuevos mercados.

  • Visitas con clientes importantes y buscar prospectos potenciales.

Para tener éxito en este rol, necesitarás:

  • Mínimo 7 años de experiencia como ingeniero de ventas y/o ingeniero de aplicaciones en el área de gestión de agua urbana y/o industrial.

  • Titulado en ingeniería mecánica.

  • Experiencia en ventas indirectas a clientes industriales.

  • Conocimientos sobre procesos de tratamiento de aguas residuales urbanas e industriales, bombas centrífugas y motores eléctricos.

  • Cartera de clientes/relaciones existentes en los mercados de minería y procesamiento de metales, incluyendo O&M, EPC, empresas de ingeniería y usuarios finales
  • Disponibilidad para viajes (50% del tiempo)
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office (Excel) y Sales Force.

  • Manejo de inglés intermedio.

  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación.

  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente.

  • Proactivo.

  • Motivado, con un historial demostrado de obtención de resultados por encima de los objetivos y las expectativas.
