# Job Summary:
In this role, you will provide document management support by using ECMS (Enterprise Content Management Systems), distributing, maintaining, and retrieving project records in accordance with company guidelines.
You will assist with customer service, questions, issues, updates, quality checks, and project closeout activities.
Your attention to detail and data accuracy will help ensure successful compliance with document and records management procedures.
# Major Responsibilities:
+ Serving as a member of the document management support group to support Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECMS) such as Aconex and InfoWorks and archive/retention management systems such as DocFinity, and other associated tools.
+ Assisting in determining requirements/expectations for integrations and preparing a plan to provide ongoing support.
+ Using a standard Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS), archive/retention management systems and/or SaaS applications to record, control, distribute, transmit and archive project records.
+ Resolving access issues due to single sign-on or other authentication tools/processes.
+ Handling the API requirements, managing the token generation/update activities required for the extraction of integration data to/from ECMS and file/retention management systems using APIs, and updating the SQL database.
+ Assisting in the management of service accounts in the knowledge of CyberArk tools (Microsoft PowerBI, Excel, Access, etc.).
+ Supporting migration and/or upgrade events and assisting in the validation processes.
+ Assisting with the implementation of record retention and turnover plans.
+ Providing training on work processes and tools.
+ Interacting with vendors and suppliers.
# Education and Experience Requirements:
Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
# Required Knowledge and Skills:
+ Aconex experience (2-4 years).
+ EPC project experience (2-4 years).
+ Intermediate English level (writing and reading).
