Buscamos un Customer Support Analyst (Nivel 2) con perfil analítico y orientación técnica para unirse a nuestro equipo de Incident Desk.

Tu misión será investigar y resolver casos técnicos complejos, identificando causas raíz y proponiendo soluciones efectivas.

Necesitamos a alguien con habilidad en SQL y Excel, pensamiento lógico y curiosidad técnica, que aporte un enfoque estructurado y proactivo al equipo.

serán tus principales responsabilidades?****

  • Diagnóstico Avanzado de Problemas: Aplicar un método de investigación estructurado y propio (ej: Replicar, Aislar, Formular Hipótesis, Concluir) para diagnosticar la causa raíz de problemas técnicos y de negocio que han superado al soporte de Nivel
  • Análisis Profundo de Datos: Realizar consultas directamente sobre las bases de datos (SQL) y utilizar hojas de cálculo (Excel) para investigar, validar, comparar y encontrar patrones en grandes volúmenes de información.

  • Documentación Técnica Impecable: Crear tickets de escalado en Jira para el equipo de Producto con un estándar de calidad superior.

    Se espera que cada ticket sea un caso de negocio claro y autosuficiente.

  • Colaboración Interdepartamental: Trabajar como un socio estratégico con los equipos de Producto y Desarrollo, aportando análisis y evidencia clara que facilite la resolución de bugs y la mejora continua del producto.

  • Innovación en la Resolución: Utilizar herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial como un aliado para acelerar el análisis, mejorar la comunicación y proponer soluciones creativas (workarounds) que destraben a nuestros clientes.

* ¿Qué necesitas para postular?

Must Have

  • 2 a 3 años de experiencia en soporte técnico especializado (Nivel 2) o análisis técnico en empresas de tecnología o SaaS.

  • Profesional titulado o en curso en Ingeniería, Informática, Administración, Contabilidad o carreras afines.

  • Experiencia comprobable en la gestión y resolución de casos complejos.

  • Experiencia en atención al cliente B2B, en canales digitales y escritos.

  • Manejo de Intercom o Zendesk.

  • Dominio de Jira Cloud para documentación y escalamiento.

  • Conocimientos básicos en consultas SQL.

Nice to Have

  • Conocimiento de normativas SII.

  • Conocimientos funcionales en Contabilidad, Remuneraciones y Facturación.

  • Manejo intermedio de consultas SQL.

  • Experiencia práctica con herramientas de IA Generativa en entornos profesionales.
