Misión Del Cargo

levantar y transformar datos de experiencia de clientes en insights accionables que impulsen mejoras y decisiones estratégicas.

Funciones Del Cargo

  1. Participar en el desarrollo, implementación y mejora continua de las metodologías de levantamiento de información y del programa de experiencia de clientes del Grupo Falabella, aportando propuestas de mejora y asegurando su aplicabilidad transversal
  2. Llevar a cabo el levantamiento, análisis e interpretación de datos cualitativos y cuantitativos de experiencia de clientes por unidad de negocio, identificando patrones, brechas y oportunidades de mejora
  3. Elaborar y presentar informes periódicos que traduzcan los resultados y KPI’s en insights accionables, generando propuestas de mejora e iniciativas concretas por unidad de negocio
  4. Levantar con las unidades de negocio sus necesidades de información y experiencia de clientes, diseñando estudios ad-hoc y ajustando metodologías según contextos específicos
  5. Proponer ajustes y evoluciones en las metodologías de medición de CX, asegurando su comparabilidad regional y alineación con referentes del mercado.

Requisitos

  • 3–5 años en CX, research o consultoría, con manejo de NPS, CSAT y metodologías cualitativas.

  • 3-5 años de experiencia en análisis de datos y métricas de negocio con herramientas BI
  • Experiencia en informes ejecutivos y storytelling de datos para comités y equipos directivos
  • Titulado en Sociología, Comunicación o afín
  • Ingles intermedio/avanzado
