Overview
We are seeking a proactive and service-driven real estate professional to join our team as a Client Communication Manager.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in real estate client support, is highly organized, and thrives on building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and text.

  • Schedule property showings, consultations, and follow-up appointments.

  • Update and maintain client information in CRMs such as Follow Up Boss.

  • Ensure smooth communication between clients and agents throughout the buying or selling process.

  • Track and follow up with leads to keep clients engaged and informed.

  • Provide a professional, client-first experience that reflects the team’s values.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency with real estate CRMs (e.g., Follow Up Boss, BoomTown, kvCORE, or similar).

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple client communications simultaneously.

  • A customer service mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Previous experience in a real estate client support or administrative role is required.
