We are seeking a proactive and service-driven real estate professional to join our team as a Client Communication Manager.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in real estate client support, is highly organized, and thrives on building strong client relationships.
This role ensures every inquiry is handled with professionalism and care, allowing agents to focus on closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and text.
- Schedule property showings, consultations, and follow-up appointments.
- Update and maintain client information in CRMs such as Follow Up Boss.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and agents throughout the buying or selling process.
- Track and follow up with leads to keep clients engaged and informed.
- Provide a professional, client-first experience that reflects the team’s values.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with real estate CRMs (e.g., Follow Up Boss, BoomTown, kvCORE, or similar).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple client communications simultaneously.
- A customer service mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Previous experience in a real estate client support or administrative role is required.
