Asistente de Cobranzas Job Opening In Huechuraba – Now Hiring Agil Corp


Job description

Objetivo del Cargo:

Asegurar el flujo financiero de la compañía mediante la recuperación efectiva de cuentas por cobrar, reduciendo los días de atraso de la cartera asignada.

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Ejecutar gestiones de cobranza telefónica/email a clientes nacionales e internacionales de las unidades de negocio: 
    freight forwarding
    , logística, 
    supply chain
     y tecnología.

  • Mantener actualizada la base de datos de cobranzas y coordinar rutas para retiro/entrega de documentación financiera.

  • Atender consultas sobre pagos, facturas erróneas, notas de crédito y solicitudes de clientes.

  • Registrar montos recaudados y realizar cuadraturas diarias.

  • Elaborar informes diarios/semanales de cobranzas, pagos e inconsistencias.

  • Apoyar al área contable en conciliación de depósitos y brindar soporte en recepción cuando sea requerido.

  • Coordinar con el área jurídica la gestión de cuentas incobrables o con morosidad prolongada.

  • Manejo de bases de datos y sistemas de registro de pagos.
