En esta oportunidad estamos en búsqueda de un(a) nuevo(a) Analista de Servicio al Cliente SR, cuya misión será ejecutar y supervisar el análisis de información de post venta que proporcionan nuestros clientes a través de distintos medios de contacto, para velar por la entrega de soluciones a sus requerimientos, logrando identificar focos relevantes de acción que contribuyan a dar una atención de excelencia a nuestros clientes.

Dentro De Sus Funciones Más Relevantes, Estarán

  • Analizar información post venta entregada por nuestros clientes para lograr levantar focos relevantes para accionar y contribuir a una atención de excelencia a éstos.

  • Elaborar reportes de gestión de reclamos accesibles y automatizados para dar mas facilidad a las distintas áreas de la compañía que puedan identificar los KPI y focos de gestión para tomar las acciones de mejora que correspondan.

  • Realizar reuniones con las distintas áreas de la compañía involucradas en procesos asociados a reclamos para aportar retroalimentación de los procesos que puedan impactar en la post venta y en la experiencia de compra de nuestros clientes.

  • Proponer nuevos canales de captura de información / feedback de la experiencia de clientes.

  • Supervisar y mantener la correcta administración de la plataforma de gestión de reclamos para aportar a la continuidad del servicio y el funcionamiento de la plataforma de gestión de reclamos.

  • Entregar soporte a las tiendas, de los procedimientos que tiene la compañía para la resolución de los casos para velar por la solución a los requerimientos de nuestros clientes en tiempo y según forma/ protocolos establecidos.

Requisitos

  • Título técnico (de CFT o IP) en áreas de Administración
  • Experiencia de al menos 3 años en áreas de atención post venta a clientes
  • Experiencia en análisis de información y plataformas de gestión.

  • Conocimiento intermedio o avanzado en programas de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Deseable manejo herramientas de visualización de datos y reportería (Power BI)
