You're a visual storyteller.

You understand how to weave together raw footage, graphics, and sound to create compelling video content, with a particular focus on transforming property tours, market updates, and agent expertise into engaging real estate content that drives leads and builds authority.

You obsess over the smallest details - the right cut, the perfect transition, the ideal color grade - without losing sight of the overall narrative.

You're capable of taking a creative brief and bringing it to life through video, consistently delivering high-quality content within rapid turnaround times.

You have a discerning eye and ear

for video and sound design.

You appreciate the subtleties of color grading and understand how to use sound design to enhance the visual experience.

Your creative expertise isn't limited to Layer 1 or Audio Track 2 - you deliver clean, organized project files that are easy for others to work with.

You are a YouTube specialist.

You're familiar with the unique requirements of editing for YouTube, from creating engaging openings that hook viewers, to incorporating calls to action, to optimizing for viewer retention.

You're always up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices on the platform, particularly in real estate content.

You are a great communicator

and can work alongside strategy and media teams, you collaborate effectively within established workflows.

You report to and learn from an experienced YouTube Manager while maintaining direct communication with multiple real estate clients.

You appreciate the insights and feedback that come from collaboration and are not afraid to ask questions or offer your own ideas.

You take pride in your work, are reliable, and strive to deliver your best on every project.

What You'll Do

• Take raw footage from real estate clients and edit and animate video content, ensuring it aligns with their scripts, goals and brand
• Deliver high-quality video content within 72 hour turnaround times
• Maintain consistent output of 2-3+ videos per week per client while meeting quality standards
• Utilize Adobe Premiere and After Effects to create engaging, high-quality YouTube videos (bonus if you know Davinci)
• Apply your expertise in color grading, audio mixing and sound design to enhance the viewing experience
• Work closely with our team of producers, script writers, and designers to bring creative concepts to life
• Deliver well-organized project files and facilitate the handoff to other team members or clients as needed

What You'll Bring

• 2-3+ years experience in video editing and animation, preferably within a YouTube-focused context
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects
• Strong skills in color grading, audio mixing and sound design
• Experience working as part of a creative team and collaborating on video projects
• Strong attention to detail, with a dedication to quality and consistency
• Data-driven mindset with focus on viewer retention metrics and content performance
• Ability to balance quick turnaround times with consistent quality standards
• Experience with or strong interest in real estate content creation
• Deep understanding of YouTube platform and current trends in digital video content
• Collaborative spirit and a commitment to meeting deadlines
