En Copeval, empresa líder en la comercialización de insumos agrícolas, buscamos a nuestro próximo Vendedor(a) Trainee para la Sucursal de Curicó.

Este programa está diseñado para quienes desean iniciarse en el área comercial y proyectarse como Vendedor(a) Terreno, combinando formación práctica, acompañamiento en terreno y experiencia directa con nuestros clientes.

¿Cuál será tu desafío?
Durante los primeros tres meses te formarás en el área de ventas en mesón, aprendiendo sobre nuestros productos, sistemas internos y atención al cliente.
Luego, y de acuerdo a tu desempeño y motivación, podrás asumir el rol de Vendedor(a) Terreno, gestionando tu propia cartera de clientes agrícolas, ofreciendo soluciones integrales y construyendo relaciones comerciales de largo plazo.

Tus principales tareas
Atender y asesorar a clientes en mesón y por teléfono.
Elaborar cotizaciones, pedidos y apoyo administrativo de ventas.
Acompañar a vendedores senior en visitas a terreno y procesos de venta.
Levantar necesidades de clientes, realizar cotizaciones y apoyar en la postventa.
Cumplir las políticas comerciales y de crédito definidas por la compañía.
Participar activamente en capacitaciones y programas de formación interna.

Formación técnico profesional o universitaria en Agronomía, Agricultura, Agropecuaria, Veterinaria o carrera afín.
Interés por desarrollarte en ventas y asesoría técnica agrícola.
Residencia en Curicó o alrededores.
Disponibilidad de lunes a sábado.
Deseable experiencia en atención a clientes o ventas.
Persona proactiva, empática, con orientación al logro, alto compromiso y motivación por aprender y crecer.

Formación técnico profesional o universitaria en Agronomía, Agricultura, Agropecuaria, Veterinaria o carrera afín.
