Job description

Empresa de telecomunicaciones requiere Ingeniero/Técnico Senior de Soporte Técnico – Redes y Telecomunicaciones (Mesa de Ayuda Corporativa)

Será responsable de la Mesa de Ayuda Corporativa, asegurando la continuidad operativa de los servicios de red mediante soluciones técnicas de calidad, generación de reportes periódicos y una gestión cercana con el cliente.

Responsabilidades Principales

Gestionar el ciclo completo de tickets: recepción, diagnóstico, seguimiento, escalamiento y cierre.

Atender y resolver incidencias técnicas de Nivel 1 y 2 en redes híbridas (LAN, WAN, WiFi, VPN, fibra, enlaces dedicados).

Diagnosticar y solucionar problemas de conectividad y configuración de equipos de red.

Monitorear enlaces, analizar tráfico y rendimiento de red.

Configurar y dar soporte a equipos de red, principalmente MikroTik (RouterOS).

Escalar incidencias complejas a Nivel 3 siguiendo protocolos definidos.

Documentar procedimientos y soluciones aplicadas.

Elaborar y enviar reportes mensuales a los clientes sobre el estado de sus servicios.

Mantener la plataforma de monitoreo de red actualizada y operativa.

Brindar soporte remoto y en terreno con un enfoque profesional, cercano y orientado a resultados.

Participar en la mejora continua de procesos técnicos y de atención al cliente.

Requisitos del Cargo

Formación Académica Ingeniero o Técnico en Redes, Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica o carrera afín.

Experiencia Laboral al menos 3 años de experiencia en soporte técnico de redes y telecomunicaciones.

Conocimientos Técnicos

Redes IP: direccionamiento, subnetting, protocolos TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS.

Routing y switching a nivel básico/intermedio.

Administración y configuración de MikroTik RouterOS (deseable MTCNA).

Redes híbridas: LAN, WAN, WFi, VPN, enlaces dedicados, fibra óptica.

Uso de herramientas de monitoreo de red (Zabbix, The Dude, PRTG u otros).

Manejo de plataformas de tickets/CRM (Freshdesk, Zendesk, GLPI u otros).

Deseables / Plus

Certificaciones técnicas: MikroTik (MTCNA, MTCRE), Cisco (CCNA), CompTIA Network+.

Conocimientos en redes LTE, radioenlaces o entornos ISP.

Ingles técnico (lectura de manuales y documentación).

Condiciones del Cargo

Modalidad: Presencial con trabajo en terreno.

Horario: Tiempo completo, lunes a viernes (disponibilidad para turnos/guardias técnicas si se requiere).

Ubicación: Santiago.
