Job description

Buscamos un
Técnico de Soporte Informático
que brinde asistencia en el mantenimiento de equipos, resolución de problemas técnicos y soporte en el uso de sistemas básicos.

Además, deberá realizar consultas a bases de datos para generar reportes y apoyar en la gestión de información.

Responsabilidades:

  • Brindar soporte técnico a usuarios en la instalación, configuración y mantenimiento de equipos informáticos (PCs, impresoras, redes, etc.).

  • Diagnosticar y solucionar problemas de hardware y software en equipos de trabajo.

  • Realizar consultas en bases de datos para generar reportes y análisis básicos.

  • Apoyar en la gestión de accesos y permisos en sistemas internos.

  • Documentar incidencias y soluciones aplicadas.

  • Coordinar con proveedores en caso de fallas o mantenimientos requeridos.

Requisitos:

Habilidades Técnicas

  • Conocimientos en mantenimiento y reparación de equipos informáticos.

  • Manejo básico de sistemas operativos Windows y/o Linux.

  • Experiencia en consultas SQL para extraer información de bases de datos.

  • Conocimientos en redes básicas (configuración de routers, VPN, Wi-Fi).

Habilidades Blandas

  • Capacidad para resolver problemas y atención al detalle.

  • Buena comunicación y trato con usuarios de distintos niveles.

  • Trabajo en equipo y actitud proactiva.

  • Organización y gestión del tiempo.
