Buscamos a Técnico de Soporte en Sitio- Manizalez que quieran aprender y transformar su carrera.

En esta función trandrás que: 

  • Brindar soporte presencial y/o telefónico respecto a problemas de tecnología presentados por los diferentes clientes y dentro de los niveles de servicio pactados para los proyectos.

    Apoyar en la planeación y ejecución de IMACs (Instalaciones, Movimientos, Adiciones y Cambios).
  • Apoyar en la administración que aplique para la red de servicios, de los inventarios de hardware y software y suministros, Apoyar en la planeación y ejecución de mantenimientos correctivos de los equipos.
  • Dar soporte de software y hardware de productividad de escritorio e impresión.
  • Gestionar las garantías, de acuerdo con los convenios o acuerdos que el cliente tenga con el fabricante.
  • Documentar las llamadas o casos asignados y sus respectivas soluciones
  • Asignar y dar de baja equipos en formatos correspondientes.
  • Reportar anomalías en los equipos
  • Velar por la correcta funcionalidad de los equipos de cómputo e impresoras.
  • Realizar soporte software, hardware, cambio de partes y documentación a los requerimientos
  • Ideal si cuentas con requisitos: 

    FORMACION: Técnicos o tecnólogos en Sistemas, electrónica, telecomunicaciones, informática, computación, administración de redes de computadores, Mantenimiento de sistemas u otro que lo habilite en el desempeño en áreas de tecnología.
    EXPERIENCIA: Experiencia relacionada de al menos 12 meses en Soporte en sitio como soporte de Impresión, resolución de problemas de Hardware y Software, Mantenimiento Preventivo, Correctivo, Asistencia Técnica o Soporte Técnico de: , Sistemas operativos Windows Siete, Ocho y Diez, Linux, Mac Os, ofimática, Diferentes navegadores de Internet.

    (Edge, Firefox, Chrome), Herramientas de Antivirus y Hardware equipos de cómputo, Impresoras, multifuncionales, Monitores, Contar con conocimientos básicos de Itil, manejo de ofimática.

    Horario: Rotativo 7:00 a 5:00 Pm / 8:00 a 6:00 PM de Lunes a viernes y sábados de 8:00 Am a 12 m dando cumplimiento.

    Modalidad: Presencial.

    Contrato: Indefinido.
