Job description

En CGS buscamos contratar a Supervisor de Plataforma de Ventas en Call Center con experiencia previa y disponibilidad completa para unirse a nuestro nuevo equipo de televentas en Santiago Centro.

REQUISITOS:

  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia como Supervisor de Televentas en call center, excluyente (con experiencia en gestión de KPI´s de venta telefónica, coach de ventas a televendedores, planificar y ejecutar estrategias para el cumplimiento de los objetivos de venta, etc.).

  • Manejo intermedio Office Power Point, Word, Excel intermedio-avanzado;
  • Deseable estudios superiores (técnicos o universitarios).

REMUNERACIÓN: Sueldo Base $ Bono Variable de acuerdo al cumplimento + Gratificación mensual.

HORARIO: Se trabajan 44 hrs.

semanales en turnos rotativos de lunes a viernes entre las 09:00 hrs y las 20:00 hrs.

+ algunos sábados de 10:00 a 14:00 hrs.

LUGAR DE TRABAJO: Sucursal de CGS Contact Center ubicada en Santiago Centro.
