En esta ocasión, nos encontramos en búsqueda de Supervisor/a Call Center Atención al Clientes – Jornada PM para nuestra gerencia de Atención al Cliente, ubicado en la comuna de Las Condes, Metro El Golf, Santiago, el cual tendrá la misión principal guiar de manera operativa la efectividad y el cumplimiento de los protocolos establecidos por el área, garantizando el cumplimiento de los más altos estándares de calidad y promoviendo un entorno favorable para el crecimiento y desarrollo de su equipo.

Las tareas principales del rol serán las siguientes:

  • Asegurar cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos establecidos, velando por la continuidad operativa a través de un sistema de turnos y Asegurando la continuidad de la dotación, según turnos y franjas horarias.

  • Potenciar el talento y aumentar el rendimiento del equipo, generar coaching o feedback a cada ejecutivo de manera continua, según calendario.

  • Generar planes de seguimiento de feedback y acuerdos, mejorando el rendimiento de ejecutivos y realizar escuchas de llamadas para mediciones de calidad y pauta interna.

  • Generar Reporte de incidencias, reportes de turnos, seguimiento a paneles de operación, gestión de correos y administración de Skill.

  • Actuar como punto de referencia para otras áreas en cuanto a procedimientos específicos.

Requisitos:

  • 3 años de experiencia liderando equipos de call center en Servicio al Cliente.

  • Experiencia en cargos similares y roles de liderazgo
  • Experiencia en análisis operativo y manejo de indicadores claves KPI`s.

  • Office Intermedio
  • Genesys u otras herramientas de gestión call center (Deseable)
  • SAP básico (Deseable)

Jornada de Trabajo:

  • Modalidad presencial en nuestras oficinas ubicadas en las cercanías del metro El Golf
  • Turnos rotativos lunes a domingo en la franja horaria de 14:00 a 02:00 hrs.

  • 44 hrs.
