Para nuestra importante empresa SKC, líder en arriendo y venta de maquinaria pesada y camiones, nos encontramos en búsqueda del próximo/a Supervisor de Servicio Técnico quien deberá asegurar la calidad de las preparaciones, reparaciones y mantenciones realizadas en los talleres, cumpliendo con los estándares de la empresa.

Contacto con clientes internos y externos.

Entre tus principales funciones estará:

  • Supervisar el plan de mantención de equipos en taller y terreno, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, plazos, seguridad y sistema de gestión integrado (SGI).

  • Asegurar la productividad, rentabilidad y buen uso de los recursos del taller, incluyendo vehículos.

  • Revisar y validar presupuestos, cotizaciones, compras y negociaciones con proveedores.

  • Gestionar relaciones comerciales, visitas a clientes estratégicos y detectar oportunidades de mejora en el taller.

  • Liderar proyectos tecnológicos y culturales (Lean, Kaizen) para la mejora continua del taller.

  • Encargarse del reclutamiento, capacitación y comunicación de los resultados de la SGI al personal.

Perfil deseado

  • Formación en Técnico de Nivel Medio y/o Profesional en Mecánica o Maquinaria Pesada
  • 2 años de experiencia en cargos relacionados
  • Licencia de conducir Clase B (Deseable Clase D - A4)
  • Microsoft Office (Excel) Nivel Intermedio
