About the Role
We're looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to lead scalable initiatives across all markets in the Central America, South America, and Caribbean (CASA) region for our delivery marketplace.
In this role, you'll drive operational excellence, align supply growth with demand, and implement best practices from both regional and global perspectives.
You'll play a key role in shaping strategy while improving quality metrics and ensuring strong market performance.

What You'll Do
Scalable Projects & Incentive Optimization
- Design and implement scalable strategies to optimize incentive processes across all markets and lines of business.
- Use strategic insights to improve the quality of earners and ensure supply aligns with dynamic market needs.
Operational Excellence & Best Practices
- Analyze market-specific challenges and develop innovative, tailored solutions.
- Identify and implement industry best practices to drive continuous improvement across all operational areas.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with regional teams, as well as product and analytics stakeholders, to create data-driven and scalable solutions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on growth, efficiency, and service quality.
Strategic Roadmap Management
- Own and manage the operational roadmap to support sustainable business growth and enhance user experience.
- Identify key opportunities, set goals, and prioritize initiatives that deliver measurable operational improvements.
What You'll Need
Basic Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business consulting, investment banking, or roles at high-growth startups.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data (e.g., reports, experiments, pricing models) to guide decision-making and scale processes.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, make data-informed decisions, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Excel, with experience in tools such as SQL or other databases being a plus.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to seamlessly move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Demonstrated experience working with multidisciplinary teams to lead initiatives that drive measurable impact.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with programming languages like Python, and familiarity with process automation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- A strategic thinker who can identify and implement operational best practices at scale.
