Customer Support Consultant (LATAM, remote)

Spanish & English (C1) required.

Remote position.

Location: Santiago, Chile.

What you will do:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone calls, chats, and emails.

  • Build positive and long lasting relationships with customers.

  • Meet team KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with cutting edge technology.

  • Securely handle customers’ sensitive information.

  • Apply the latest customer happiness practices.

  • Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services.

  • Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies.

What you need to succeed:

  • Excellent Spanish and English communication skills (at least C1, both written and spoken).

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service.

  • At least 1 year of experience in hospitality.

  • Experience providing support via omnichannel (phone, chat, email) is a must.

  • Analytical and research skills.

  • Positive and responsible attitude.

  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8 GB RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).

Would be a great plus:

  • Experience with CRM systems.
