Estamos en búsqueda de un Soporte Mesa de Ayuda con experiencia en atención de usuarios y resolución de incidencias técnicas, para trabajo presencial en Las Condes.
Responsabilidades
Brindar soporte a Windows 10/11: instalación, configuración y resolución de problemas.
Soporte básico a sistemas móviles Android y iOS.
Manejo de herramientas de Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
Instalación y configuración de software estándar.
Uso de herramientas de soporte remoto: AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Remote Desktop.
Aplicar conocimientos básicos de seguridad informática: antivirus, actualizaciones y políticas de contraseñas.
Requisitos
Al menos 3 años de experiencia en Soporte Mesa de Ayuda.
Conocimientos en Windows, Microsoft 365 y herramientas de soporte remoto.
Buena capacidad de comunicación y orientación al usuario.
Modalidad
Presencial en Las Condes.
Horario: lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 hrs.
