Buscamos Especialista en Soporte E-commerce (Shopify Modificado)

¿Cuáles son las funciones principales?

Brindar soporte técnico Nivel 1 y 2 para nuestra plataforma de eCommerce basada en Shopify modificado.

Investigar, diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos relacionados con personalizaciones PHP, integraciones y funcionalidades de la plataforma.

Realizar análisis de problemas y reporting detallado para escalar incidencias al área de desarrollo cuando sea necesario.

Comunicarte directamente con las franquicias para guiarlas y mantenerlas informadas durante el proceso de soporte.

Asegurar la estabilidad y performance de las tiendas online de nuestras franquicias.

¿Cuáles son los requisitos?

Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito) – imprescindible para comunicación con equipos internaciones y documentación.

Experiencia de 1.5 a 2 años en PHP – capacidad de leer, entender y modificar código personalizado.

Experiencia en soporte técnico orientado al cliente con gran nivel de servicio.

Capacidad de análisis para identificar la causa raíz de problemas técnicos.

Habilidades de comunicación efectiva para interactuar con clientes y equipos internos.

Deseable:

Conocimiento en Shopify, Liquid, HTML, CSS o JavaScript.

Experiencia previa en entornos de eCommerce.

Modalidad:Híbrido 4x1 ( 1 día remoto)

Ambiente colaborativo con foco en innovación y mejora continua.
