Responsibilities
- Lead the SharePoint development team, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines
- Perform hands-on development tasks, including coding, troubleshooting, and testing within SharePoint
- Plan project timelines and milestones, allocating resources effectively based on project needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define project goals and deliverables aligned with business objectives
- Conduct team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and share recommendations
- Oversee release planning, including deployment schedules and risk management strategies
- Ensure all development and implementation processes comply with company policies and industry standards
- Mentor team members to promote collaboration and growth
- Stay informed on emerging SharePoint technologies and industry trends to integrate improvements into workflows
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development
- Expertise in SharePoint technologies, including SharePoint Online, server, and designer platforms
- Knowledge of Azure
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Capability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively under pressure
- Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Showcase of outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Background in release planning and stakeholder collaboration
