Overview
At Bridgestone Mobility Solutions (Webfleet), we’re looking for a Senior Sales Representative in Antofagasta, Chile.
Your mission is to grow and manage our customer portfolio in Northern Chile, build strong relationships with clients and partners, and drive sales of our telematics solutions across the region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Develop sales channels and partners in Northern Chile.
- Achieve and exceed established sales targets and quotas.
- Identify business opportunities and propose effective commercial strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, technical support, and operations) to ensure an optimal customer experience.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management.
- Report directly to the Sales Country Manager.
Who are you
- Reside in Antofagasta or nearby.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in technology or fleet services; experience negotiating with the mining industry is a big plus.
- Knowledge of the Antofagasta regional market and industrial clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Availability to travel within the region as required for business needs.
- Impeccable spoken and written skills in Spanish; intermediate/advanced English is desirable.
