What Part Will You Play?
Leads and prioritizes the sales plan for card payment processing solutions in support of annual net revenue objectives.
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
Build trusted relationships with banks, issuers and fintechs to understand their strategic priorities and deliver tailored payment solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Implementation, Finance and other departments in the company to ensure alignment and successful client onboarding.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes (in collaboration with Compliance team) to identify growth opportunities.
Conducts frequent and strategic business reviews with customers, partners, managers, and merchant advocates to develop substantial pipeline of new business opportunities and manages key relationships.
Represent TSYS at key industry events and forums, acting as a brand ambassador in the region
Achieve and exceed annual sales target, contributing to the overall regional growth strategy.
Creates strategic engagement opportunities to grow referral partner client portfolios.
Implements retention and client experience plan.
Conducts frequent and strategic business reviews with customers, partners, managers, and merchant advocates to develop substantial pipeline of new business opportunities and manages key relationships.
Recommends sales strategies and tactics for improvement based on market research and competitor analysis.
Improves cross-department alignment.
What Are We Looking For in This Role?
Bachelor's Degree
Relevant Experience or Degree in: related field of study from an accredited university is preferred.
Relevant experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
Experience as Sales Manager with large enterprise-level accounts.
Experience in the payments industry (preferably with cards processing solutions)
Advanced English level
