Senior Managing Consultant, Advisors & Consulting Services, Authorizations & Fraud Subject Matter Expert
What You Will Do
The Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing cutting-edge services that help our customers grow.
You will lead or advise on Fraud client engagements, manage engagement teams, and provide subject matter and industry expertise to deliver business-focused solutions and recommendations that drive client value.
Responsibilities include owning mid- to senior-level client relationships, engaging in the client agenda and relationship management, mentoring junior teammates, and contributing to Mastercard’s knowledge management and best practices in your area of expertise.
You are expected to have a tremendous impact in transforming our clients and to play a leading role in shaping Mastercard Advisors’ future.
Responsibilities
- Lead engagement teams to deliver best-in-class insights and deliverables on fraud-related engagements.
- Provide subject matter and industry expertise; guide the team to business-focused solutions and recommendations.
- Own and manage mid- to senior-level client relationships; proactively engage in client agenda and relationship risks.
- Mentor and coach junior teammates; contribute to knowledge management and best practices.
- Shape the growth of the team and the organization through leadership and delivery excellence.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate or master’s degree
- Expertise/certifications in Authorizations, Fraud, Chargebacks
- Experience in a consulting organization as a consultant is a bonus
- Experience directly managing multiple people across multiple projects
- Experience as a mentor
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills; ability to structure analyses to form data-driven solutions
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and local office language(s)
- Proven ability to own and develop relationships with mid- and executive-level client contacts
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills; SQL/data expertise preferred
- Eligible to work in the country of the position and to travel as required
