Associated Engineering, a proudly Canadian, Employee-owned Company, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Environmental Wastewater Engineer to join our team in any of our major Canadian Offices.
This leadership position is for individuals interested in leading big-picture, front-end planning work for wastewater management systems that may contain collection systems, treatment facilities, effluent management and biosolids management systems or some combination of these elements.
The Senior Environmental Wastewater Engineer will lead planning projects and support design and implementation projects to provide continuity from earlier planning efforts, and will work alongside staff such as wastewater process engineers, environmental scientists, and infrastructure engineers who bring specific, focused skill sets to projects.
This role involves developing the wastewater management area of our core Water practice and mentoring young professionals.
This leadership position is aimed at those individuals interested in leading big-picture, front-end planning work for wastewater management systems that may contain collection systems, treatment facilities, effluent management and biosolids management systems or some combination of these elements.
You will collaborate with wastewater engineers, environmental scientists, and infrastructure engineers to develop and implement projects.
Responsibilities include leading planning projects and supporting design and implementation projects to provide continuity from earlier planning efforts.
You will also develop the wastewater management area of our core Water practice and mentor young professionals.
Projects may include master planning studies, regulatory assessments, and resource recovery opportunity analyses that may include solid waste and potable water elements.
Essential to this role is client liaison and business development.
You will support project pursuit teams in business development activities such as proposal preparation and contribute to topical marketing through conference presentations.
