The role:
As a Senior Business Development Manager at Group-IB , you will be a key member of our LATAM Sales Team, driving sales strategies, meeting revenue targets and building clients’ relationships.
You will lead sales teams, develop sales plans, and ensure customer satisfaction.
This role involves prospecting, negotiating deals, and potentially managing a sales team, requiring strong leadership and communication skills.
This role is ideal for a motivated, self-starting sales professional who is passionate about cybersecurity and eager to make a tangible impact in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.

Growth-oriented sales professional responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue in LATAM.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develops and implements sales strategies, manages sales pipelines, and monitors performance to achieve sales goals.
- Team Leadership: Leads and motivates a sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Client Relationship Management: Builds and maintains strong client relationships, identifies new opportunities, and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Prospecting and Sales Generation: Identifies and targets potential clients, generates leads, and manages the sales process.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiates contracts, closes deals, and ensures profitable sales.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyzes sales data, identifies trends, and provides performance reports to management.
- Market Research and Analysis: Monitors market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works with marketing, product development, and other departments to align strategies and achieve business goals.
- Admin: Delivers accurate sales forecasting and maintains up-to-date records in the CRM.
- Trusted Partner: Positions Group-IB as a trusted cybersecurity advisor through a consultative sales approach and deep understanding of client challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of proven experience with sales, mainly in Cybersecurity.
- Language: Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
- Leadership: Motivating, guiding, and developing a sales team.
- Communication: Effectively conveying information, building rapport, and negotiating.
- Strategic Thinking: Developing and implementing effective sales plans.
- Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Problem-Solving: Addressing challenges and finding solutions to improve sales performance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
