LOCATION:
Apply Digital is hybrid/remote-friendly.

The preferred candidate should be based in
Latin America
, preferably working in hours that align to
ET (Eastern Timezone) or PT (Pacific Timezone).


Candidates located in Santiago, Chile are able to work out of our Santiago office as remote/hybrid employees.

Candidates located outside of Santiago, Chile will be fully remote employees.


THE ROLE:
As a member of the Data & Analytics team, the Senior Analytics Implementation Consultant helps ensure Apply Digital is delivering consistent and high-quality digital analytics implementations and other analytics infrastructure to help our clients on their digital transformation.

With sound numeric and technical skills, and a keen interest in emerging web technologies, you will help support, implement, and maintain analytics solutions for our clients.

You'll also partner with other disciplines on documenting, training, and promoting analytics and data practices.

This role is an excellent opportunity to hone your skillsets with cutting edge technologies, while supporting our global client base.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement scalable analytics systems, leveraging tools like Firebase/Google Analytics, Snowplow, ContentSquare, and Mixpanel.
  
  
• Collaborate with the Apply Digital data team and other stakeholders to design analytics solutions that address business challenges.
  
  
• Ensure quality assurance of data capture and reports, creating detailed implementation documentation including data dictionaries, QA workflows, and more.
  
  
• Support in the creation of presentations and recommendations for senior management, business teams, and develop plans to help operationalize analytic solutions.
  
  
• Keeps up to date with the latest technical trends and industry best practices, with an opportunity to influence the direction for the Data & Analytics Discipline.
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in analytics implementation with leading platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  
  
• Expert-level proficiency with Google Tag Manager, including implementation, debugging, and advanced configurations.
  
  
• Solid hands-on experience in front-end web development, with strong knowledge of JavaScript, the DOM, HTML, and CSS.
  
  
• Experience with Segment or similar customer data platforms (CDPs) for streamlining data collection and integration across various analytics tools.
  
  
• Proven experience with mobile app analytics implementation, including tracking user behavior and app performance.
  
  
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts, particularly in validating and leveraging data sources for analytics models.
  
  
• Experience conducting requirements gathering through interviews and collaborative sessions with stakeholders to define and document analytics needs.
  
  
• Familiarity with data modeling, architecture principles, and best practices for scalable and efficient analytics implementations.
  
  
• Understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes.
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects/initiatives.A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or Engineering.
  
  
• Nice to have: Experience with Contentsquare and Optimizely, or similar optimization tools.
