Formarás parte del equipo de B2B, un equipo fantástico, experimentado y profesional que trabaja para posicionar la marca Cabify con energía, optimismo y pasión.

Misión del puesto

Generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio para el equipo de venta (vía: genera outbound leads, recepción de inbound leads y dinamización de la cartera de los ejecutivos de venta).

¿Cómo nos ayudarás a cumplir nuestra misión?

  • Actividad diaria de gestión de leads (incluyendo volumen de llamadas, Secuencias de contacto por nuestras herramientas de AI, respuesta de solicitudes por correo, conversiones de leads de calidad, asignación de oportunidades al Sales team, administración de base de datos de potenciales clientes top, mejora continua en los procesos y lineamientos de la gestión de leads).

  • Administrar la adquisición de nuevos clientes en el pipeline comercial, oportunidades calificadas / convertidas, seguimiento a la gestión comercial de oportunidades y velocidad de cierre, porcentaje de leads rechazados, cerrados / ganados.

  • Definir los criterios que se tendrán en cuenta para la estrategia comercial de captación, basados en potencialidad de los Lead y estacionalidad de la Industria.

  • Gestión de dashboards, reportes y métricas del pipeline para ayudar a avanzar las oportunidades de manera más eficiente.

  • Optimizar el flujo de clientes potenciales en función del tamaño de la empresa, la velocidad del funnel y el mix de cuentas manteniendo la generación de leads adecuada para apoyar en el crecimiento B2B del país.

  • Gestionar el avance de las actividades de los proveedores según el business plan.

  • Contacto inicial para identificar las necesidades de potenciales clientes y verificar si cumplen con los requisitos comerciales.

  • Mejorar la prospección de nuevos clientes (Inbound).

  • 1 año de experiencia en cargos similares
  • Manejo de Salesforce
  • Manejo de Sales Navigator
