Position Overview:
We are seeking a Scheduling & Operations Coordinator to support scheduling, customer communication, and day-to-day operational tasks.
This role is central to ensuring smooth coordination between customers and technicians, as well as providing reliable administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate technician schedules and customer appointments.
Serve as the first point of contact for customer communications via phone and email.
Manage basic administrative tasks, including updating records and tracking schedules.
Prepare and update spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) to support operations.
Provide general support to the operations team as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong English fluency (spoken and written) to handle U.S. customer communications professionally.
Prior experience in scheduling, operations, or administrative support roles.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and customer service orientation.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience using tools like Trello, Slack, or other scheduling/project platforms.
Prior work supporting technicians, service teams, or field staff.
Familiarity with U.S. time zones and work culture.
