Tucar es una empresa líder en el alquiler de vehículos, especialmente orientada a trabajadores independientes (Gig Workers) que buscan soluciones de movilidad innovadoras y accesibles.


Contamos con una importante flota de vehículos eléctricos, la cual administramos cuidadosamente, siempre con la visión de brindar una experiencia excepcional a nuestros clientes.

Nuestra área de desarrollo trabaja a alta velocidad, implementando mejoras continuas en nuestros productos y procesos, enfocados en la movilidad como servicio mediante tecnologías digitales.

Como parte de esta visión, el proyecto de Ejecutivo de Ventas y Onboarding está dentro del equipo responsable de integrar nuevos conductores y clientes a nuestra plataforma, facilitando su incorporación y promoviendo un contacto cercano y efectivo, garantizando que la relación con nuestros usuarios sea fluida desde el primer momento


Buscamos profesionales con experiencia previa en roles similares de sales y onboarding, atención al cliente o soporte, que posean excelentes habilidades comunicativas y capacidad para exponer conceptos complejos de forma clara y sencilla.
Es fundamental contar con capacidad organizativa y atención al detalle para gestionar simultáneamente múltiples ventas e incorporaciones, garantizando que cada cliente reciba la atención adecuada.


La colaboración es clave, por lo que el candidato debe saber trabajar en equipo, coordinándose con diferentes áreas para ofrecer una experiencia consistente y de calidad.

Es necesario tener conocimientos en herramientas tecnológicas como sistemas CRM y otras plataformas digitales para el seguimiento y control del proceso de incorporación.



En cuanto a competencias personales, valoramos la orientación al cliente, la empatía para construir relaciones positivas y duraderas, la adaptabilidad para desenvolverse en un entorno dinámico y en constante crecimiento, así como la proactividad para identificar y proponer mejoras en el proceso.


Principales desafíos


Gestión Comercial:


🔹Identificar y gestionar oportunidades de negocio desde el primer contacto hasta la charla comercial.
🔹Preparar y presentar propuestas comerciales personalizadas que reflejen los beneficios y condiciones de nuestros servicios.
🔹Construir relaciones de confianza con potenciales clientes y mantener vínculos activos con clientes actuales para fomentar la fidelización, el upselling y ventas cruzadas.
🔹Registrar y gestionar la información en el CRM, manteniendo una base de datos actualizada de clientes, oportunidades y etapas del proceso.


Proceso de Onboarding:


🔹Coordinar y liderar el proceso de incorporación de nuevos conductores y clientes desde la charla comercial hasta la entrega del vehículo.
🔹Realizar diariamente reuniones presenciales (2 por día) explicando el modelo de negocio, los cobros, condiciones y restricciones asociadas al uso de vehículos eléctricos.
🔹Brindar acompañamiento cercano a los nuevos usuarios, resolviendo dudas y asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos necesarios para comenzar a operar.
🔹Colaborar con las áreas de operaciones y soporte para garantizar una incorporación fluida y sin fricciones.
🔹Recoger feedback del proceso de onboarding e identificar oportunidades de mejora.
🔹Contribuir activamente al cumplimiento de la meta de ocupación de la flota eléctrica.


Será valorado positivamente tener experiencia en la industria automotriz o en movilidad eléctrica, así como conocimientos en metodologías ágiles para la gestión de procesos.

Asimismo, contar con habilidades para la gestión de conflictos y negociación puede potenciar el desempeño en esta posición.
