Tucar es una empresa líder en el arriendo de vehículos para Gig Workers, que ha evolucionado desde un negocio tradicional hacia una plataforma tecnológica avanzada en movilidad.

Contamos con un equipo de desarrollo ágil y un enfoque intenso en la experiencia del cliente, en un sector donde la innovación y la velocidad son claves.

Actualmente, administramos una flota importante de vehículos y buscamos potenciar nuestro crecimiento con profesionales orientados a la excelencia y la mejora continua.


El área donde se inserta este rol es clave para ampliar nuestra red de conductores, quienes forman la base operativa de nuestro negocio y el contacto directo con el usuario final de las plataformas en las que operan.

Trabajamos en mejorar la incorporación de nuevos conductores mediante procesos de reclutamiento efectivos, formativos y motivadores, que reflejen el valor diferencial de Tucar en el mercado de movilidad.


Estamos buscando un Ejecutivo de Post Venta, será responsable de mantener y desarrollar la relación con los drivers asignados en su cartera, actuando como un asesor de confianza que acompaña su desempeño y asegura la continuidad del servicio.

Deberá entregar seguimiento personalizado, información práctica y capacitación comercial, con el fin de mejorar la experiencia del driver y fortalecer la fidelización.


💡 Principales desafíos:


🔹Gestión de cartera de clientes: Realizar seguimiento periódico a los drivers asignados, detectando oportunidades de mejora en su desempeño.
🔹Asesoría y acompañamiento: Proveer tips prácticos y recomendaciones personalizadas relacionadas a kilómetros recorridos, optimización de tiempos y maximización de resultados.
🔹Charlas informativas/comerciales: Organizar y ejecutar charlas grupales e individuales para drivers, entregando información sobre:


- Montos de arriendo.
- Puntos de carga.
- Funcionamiento general del servicio.
- Actualizaciones de procesos o beneficios.


🔹Relación continua: Ser el punto de contacto y partner de confianza para resolver dudas, consultas y entregar orientación post ingreso.
🔹Reporte y análisis: Monitorear métricas clave de la cartera (ej.

kilómetros, cumplimiento de arriendos, uso de puntos de carga) y levantar alertas a las áreas correspondientes.
