About The Role
We’re hiring a sharp, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support our Sales and Client Operations.
This is a core role that helps ensure projects and proposals move efficiently, from first client contact to deal closure.
You’ll collaborate closely with our internal team and experts network worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Operations and the Account Executive/s in managing back-end support for sales activities: proposal deck prep, email templates, briefs creation, meeting scheduling, assisting in contract preparation, and other client documents.
- Track deal progress, follow up with internal stakeholders, and anticipate bottlenecks.
- Work closely with Account Executives to help keep sales tasks organized and moving forward smoothly.
- Communicate promptly with internal and external stakeholders when issues or irregularities arise.
- Contribute to process improvements and documentation (SOPs, templates, training materials).
- Collaborate closely with your manager and team members to continuously improve work quality and efficiency.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in invoicing, billing, and contract-related tasks.

Must-Have Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience in an operations or account/project coordinator role in an agency, consulting, or international business environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (non-negotiable).
- Proven experience handling multiple workflows with clarity and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (must be able to write clear emails, identify red flags, and raise them promptly).
- High attention to detail: Able to spot inconsistencies and flag unusual cases.
- Strong logical and analytical thinking: Can connect the dots, ask questions, and verify assumptions.
- Naturally proactive: Doesn’t wait to be told what’s wrong.
- Able to work independently from home and manage your own time and tasks without needing constant supervision.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Curiosity and transparency are highly valued.
- Experience using Google Workspace, Notion, and HubSpot (preferred).
