We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our commercial strategy and accelerate growth in the automotive industry.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, capable of managing a multi-brand, multi-technology, and multi-product environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement sales strategies with a medium and long-term vision.
- Set monthly commercial strategies and activities, making agile decisions to meet business goals.
- Review and manage pricing strategies.
- Develop thefleet business, building strong relationships with Fleet Managers and pushing dealers action plans.
- Lead commercial meetings with dealers and foster strategic relations with financial partners.
- Analyze wholesale and retail sales, set targets, and track performance.
- Generate data-driven market analysis reports to identify opportunities and guide District Managers.
- Represent the Sales team in internal meetings, ensuring alignment with HQ requirements.
- Define purchase volumes and lead the internal purchasing committee with HQ.
- Drive internal collaboration to continuously improve all areas impacting sales.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management in automotive industry.
- Strong background in fleet sales and dealer management.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate data into action.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
