En Toteat ayudamos a restaurantes y negocios gastronómicos a digitalizar su operación a través de una plataforma moderna, simple y eficiente.

Somos una empresa tecnológica con presencia en todo Chile y Latinoamérica, que impulsa la industria gastronómica con herramientas que mejoran la gestión, ventas y experiencia de los clientes.

Propósito del cargo

El Sales Executive (Hunter) será responsable de generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en la zona Norte de Chile, identificando restaurantes y comercios gastronómicos con potencial de digitalización.

Su misión será prospectar, establecer relaciones, presentar las soluciones de Toteat y asegurar cierres exitosos que impulsen el crecimiento de la compañía en la región.

Responsabilidades principales

✨ Prospección activa: investigar el mercado local, detectar necesidades y generar oportunidades de venta (leads) en restaurantes y comercios de la región.

✨ Gestión comercial: ejecutar el proceso de ventas completo, desde el primer contacto hasta el cierre.

En una primera etapa, podrá derivar oportunidades al equipo inbound para aprender en profundidad el producto y el proceso.


✨ Coordinación interna: asegurar una comunicación clara con las distintas áreas de Toteat para garantizar la correcta implementación de cada nuevo cliente.


✨ Cumplimiento de objetivos: alcanzar y superar los KPIs definidos: ventas, nuevos ingresos recurrentes mensuales (MRR), clientes nuevos, entre otros.


✨ Embajador de marca: representar a Toteat en la región Norte, construyendo relaciones de confianza y fortaleciendo la presencia de la marca en el ecosistema gastronómico local.

Requisitos

✨ Experiencia previa en ventas B2B o en roles comerciales con foco en prospección (idealmente en tecnología, SaaS o rubro gastronómico).

✨ Conocimiento del mercado gastronómico local será un plus.

✨ Habilidades de comunicación, negociación y manejo de relaciones interpersonales.

✨ Orientación a resultados y capacidad de autogestión.

✨ Disponibilidad para trabajo en terreno en la zona Norte de Chile (Idealmente Antofagasta y La Serena).
