Responsabilidades e atribuições

Objetivo del Cargo

Ser el motor de crecimiento de la compañía, generando y acelerando oportunidades de negocio para el equipo comercial.

Esto implica identificar, contactar y calificar prospectos de alto nivel (C-Levels, gerentes y miembros de Junta Directiva), aplicando estrategias creativas, manteniendo un registro riguroso de las interacciones y promoviendo el cumplimiento de objetivos de venta en el mercado B2B.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio mediante la identificación, contacto en frío, mapeo y calificación de clientes potenciales de alto nivel.

  • Acelerar el proceso de ventas empleando estrategias outbound (Mailing, LinkedIn, Cold Calling) y análisis de mercado para asegurar que la solución llegue a los prospectos más adecuados.

  • Ser el motor que impulsa nuestro crecimiento, proponiendo métodos innovadores de prospección y mostrando ingenio en la búsqueda de clientes.

  • Relacionarte con prospectos de manera empática, comprendiendo sus dolores o necesidades para orientarlos hacia la mejor solución.

  • Desarrollar habilidades de comunicación que permitan entablar relaciones de confianza y argumentos de valor durante la presentación de la oferta.

  • Proponer y llevar a cabo ideas para optimizar la búsqueda de clientes, sin temer a los desafíos y manteniendo una personalidad proactiva.

  • Contactar a diferentes organizaciones, calificando a cada empresa según criterios específicos, de modo que cada reunión agendada con el equipo comercial represente una oportunidad rentable.

  • Establecer citas entre los prospectos calificados y los cerradores (ejecutivos de negocios), facilitando la transición al equipo comercial.

  • Apoyar al equipo comercial en la consecución de citas con clientes target y actuales.

  • Revisar portales de oportunidades y realizar seguimiento constante de las agendas y oportunidades generadas en la prospección.

  • Registrar de forma permanente las interacciones y resultados en el CRM (Salesforce), asegurando la calidad de la información de los contactos y cuentas clave.

  • Mantener un registro preciso de cada prospecto y sus avances, facilitando la gestión eficiente del ciclo de ventas.

  • Recibir y precalificar los leads entregados por el equipo de marketing, asignándolos adecuadamente.

  • Capacitarte en nuestros productos, procesos internos y estrategias de negociación, manteniéndote siempre a la vanguardia para destacar en el rol.

  • Mantenerte actualizado sobre las tendencias del mercado, la competencia y los desarrollos de la industria, contribuyendo a la identificación de nuevos nichos de negocio.

  • Participar activamente (de manera remota o presencial) en las iniciativas del área Comercial, invitando a prospectos y asegurando que la marca esté presente en su mente.

  • Colaborar con el equipo en campañas, eventos y otras actividades que impulsen la generación de oportunidades.

  • Elaborar informes relacionados a la gestión comercial que sean de tu responsabilidad, compartiendo hallazgos y métricas relevantes.

  • Cumplir los indicadores asignados al cargo (KPI's) y con los procesos de calidad definidos por la compañía, incluida la participación en auditorías internas o externas.

Requisitos y calificaciones:

  • Técnico, tecnólogo o profesional en gestión comercial, ventas, marketing, administración de empresas o afines.

  • 1 a 3 años de experiencia en ventas y gestión administrativa, en modelos de negocio B2C y B2B.

  • Experiencia en prospección de clientes.

  • Interés en el área comercial o áreas que se relacionan con asesoramiento al cliente.

  • Experiencia en generar contacto en frio con clientes Relacionamiento comercial, Servicio al cliente.

  • Buen manejo de herramientas ofimáticas.
