Sales Development Representative (SDR)
que nos ayude a generar nuevas oportunidades y escalar nuestra presencia en el mercado.

¿Qué harás en este rol?
El rol de
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
estará dentro del
equipo de marketing
, trabajando de manera muy cercana con el equipo comercial.

En MAS Analytics nos consideramos un único gran equipo, por lo que marketing y comercial funcionan de manera integrada para generar demanda, abrir oportunidades y acompañar a las organizaciones en su camino con datos e inteligencia artificial.

Tus Principales Responsabilidades Serán

  • Prospección y generación de oportunidades: Identificar, investigar y conectar con potenciales clientes a través de estrategias outbound y multicanal (email, LinkedIn, llamadas, eventos).

  • Calificación de prospectos: Evaluar y segmentar oportunidades, asegurando que cada reunión con el equipo comercial tenga alto potencial.

  • Optimización de procesos: Proponer mejoras en el proceso de prospección para aumentar conversión y efectividad.

  • Comunicación con prospectos: Comprender sus necesidades y guiar la conversación hacia soluciones adecuadas.

  • Análisis de mercado: Investigar industrias, tendencias y competidores para aportar información estratégica al equipo.

  • Gestión en CRM: Registrar y dar seguimiento a todas las interacciones de manera ordenada y sistemática.

Requerimientos del cargo
Experiencia mínima de
1 año en prospección y ventas B2B
(excluyente).

Conocimiento en herramientas de outreach como Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Apollo u otras.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.

Capacidad de investigación de mercado y análisis de necesidades.

Adaptabilidad y motivación por aprender nuevas metodologías.

Orientación a resultados y manejo de métricas comerciales.

Opcionales

  • Experiencia en ventas de tecnología, software o consultoría B2B.

  • Conocimientos básicos de datos, analítica o inteligencia artificial.

  • Manejo de herramientas de automatización de marketing o CRM avanzados (ej.

    HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).

  • Participación en proyectos outbound con metodologías modernas de prospección (ej.

    SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, MEDDIC).
