impulsamos el crecimiento digital de las principales marcas de retail y B2B en Latinoamérica .

Somos especialistas en la implementación y optimización de canales ecommerce en plataformas como Shopify Plus, VTEX y Adobe Commerce, ayudando a empresas líderes a escalar su operación digital de forma rentable y sostenible.

Hoy trabajamos con marcas como Patagonia, Kitchen Center, Garmin, Colloky, WOM, Everlast, entre muchas otras.

Estamos en pleno proceso de expansión y buscamos a un Sales Development Representative (SDR) que quiera sumarse a nuestro equipo para seguir llevando el ecommerce en LATAM al siguiente nivel.

Descripción del puesto

Como
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
en Propultech, tu misión será identificar, calificar y generar nuevas oportunidades comerciales, siendo el primer punto de contacto con potenciales clientes en la región.

¿Qué harás en este rol?

  • Realizar prospección outbound de empresas alineadas con nuestro Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

  • Generar el primer acercamiento a prospectos a través de llamadas, correos y mensajes por LinkedIn.
  • Investigar cuentas y prospectos para personalizar tus mensajes y detectar oportunidades reales.

  • Colaborar directamente con nuestro equipo comercial para asegurar una transición fluida de leads calificados.

  • Gestionar y actualizar el CRM para mantener la trazabilidad de tus interacciones.

  • Contribuir a la mejora continua de los procesos de prospección y generación de leads.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia previa en ventas, prospección outbound o generación de leads.

  • Conocimiento y manejo de CRM
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.

  • Capacidad para investigar, analizar y personalizar mensajes a prospectos.

  • Orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de objetivos.

  • Actitud proactiva, resiliente y con ganas de aprender.

  • Ambición de crecimiento hacia roles comerciales como Account Executive o Account Manager.

Deseables / Plus

  • Experiencia en SaaS y Plataformas ecommerce
